Medical Delivery Driver
  • 2 days a week- Wednesday & Thursday
  •  Wednesday's Pick up in Fort Wayne, IN transport to Merrillville 
  • Thursday's Pick up in fort Wayne , IN to Indianapolis
          $1.80 per loaded mile

Requirements:
  • Reliable Box Truck with a liftgate (26')
  • Minimum 1 year driving experience
  • Proof of COI Insurance/Registration
  • Access to smart phone for Delivery App
